Who will give me my massage?
Your massage will be given by an advanced student under the supervision of an instructor.
Will massage ever hurt?
Massage on healthy tissue feels good. The most effective massage works with your body's natural responses, not against them. You are the best judge of your comfort level and the therapist will work closely with you at all times.
Do I need to undress?
For a full body massage most people undress completely, but you may choose to wear undergarments. You are warmly draped at all times, except for the area being worked on.
What do I need to do during my massage?
Relax and make yourself comfortable. Your therapist may ask you to adjust your position or turn over. Please feel free to change your position anytime to make yourself more comfortable.
Should I tip the therapist?
Your therapist is a student, and as such may not accept any payment.
